How to cancel an Iframely subscription

If you need to cancel your Iframely subscription, here's an easy way to do it.

1. Log in to your Iframely account.
2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner, then select "Billing".
3. In the "Subscription overview" section, click the "Cancel subscription" button.
4. Complete the cancellation form.
5. Confirm the cancellation and enter your password in the designated field.
6. Click "Cancel subscription".

While no automatic refunds will be issued, your prepaid hits will remain available until the next month. After that, API access will be blocked. If you still require API access, consider switching to our Starter plan, which provides 2000 hits per month for free and may be a good option for your use case.
