How to cancel an Iframely subscription

If you need to cancel your Iframely subscription, there are two easy ways to do so — either from the Plans page or your Account page. Below are the steps for both methods.

From the Plans page

1. Log in to your Iframely account.
2. Go to the Plans page - you’ll see your current plan highlighted with a "Cancel subscription" button.
3. Click "Cancel subscription".
4. Complete the cancellation form.
5. Enter your password in the “Confirm your password” field.
6. Confirm the cancellation by clicking "Delete subscription".

While no automatic refunds will be issued, your prepaid hits will remain available until the end of your current billing period. After that, API access will be blocked. If you still require some API access, consider switching to our Starter plan, which provides 1,000 free hits per month and may be a good option for your use case.

From the Account page

1. Log in to your Iframely account.
2. Navigate to the Account section in the top right corner of the page.
3. In the "Your API access" section, you'll see your current plan listed, with the Cancel subscription option just below. Click on it to proceed.
4. Complete the cancellation form.
5. Enter your password in the “Confirm your password” field.
6. Confirm the cancellation by clicking "Delete subscription".

Once canceled, your subscription will not renew, and you’ll retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
