How to request support for a third-party rich media provider
Iframely strives to support every rich media provider if that is feasible. If your provider cannot make their embed codes discoverable to Iframely, we may try looking into it from our end.
If you'd like to make your rich media provider's content available and supported on Iframely, please follow the steps below to submit the request.
0. Make sure that the provider gives you a URL and HTML for the content. Iframely requires both.
1. Log in to your Iframely account.
2. Navigate to the bottom of the page.
3. Click on the "Suggest a provider".
4. Fill out the form with your details.
5. Select the "I am requesting support for a publisher where I am a customer" option. This tells us you're requesting support for a rich media provider you use but do not own.
Once you've selected the request type, fill in the form that appears. Please ensure you provide specific URLs of the widgets or media you want to be supported, the HTML embed code and include a link to the provider’s embed documentation.
Important note: Iframely does not support one-off sites and links. The provider's rich media should be useful and accessible to other users to be approved.
We strongly recommend that you contact the provider directly and forward them our Webmasters Documentation. This helps to make the provider's rich media content discoverable to Iframely parsers, making it easier to review adding support for their rich media.
