Deleting an Iframely account

Deleting your account is available as a self-service. It is effective immediately and removes all data except content IDs. Content IDs, if you used any, will continue to be anonymously available as long as they are used, per our commitment to maintain them. Default Iframely API settings will be applied.
  1. Log in to your Iframely account.
  2. Cancel your subscription plan if active.
  3. Navigate to the top right corner of the page and click on "Account."
  4. In the "Your API access" section, locate and click on the "Close your account" button.
  5. Choose the option that best describes your reason for leaving. If you have additional feedback, you can enter it in the text box provided.
  6. To finalize the deletion, please enter your account password in the "Confirm your password" field.
  7. Click the “Delete account” button to close your account.

After completing these steps, your Iframely account will be deleted. We appreciate your time with us and are sorry to see you go. If there's anything we could have done differently, please don't hesitate to share your feedback before you leave.
